As a Florida Certified General Contractor, Brad provides a practical understanding of asset quality, improvement potential, and value-creation strategies—giving investors a clear edge in navigating Northeast Florida's multifamily landscape.
Prior to launching GM Property Advisors, Brad worked with a global commercial real estate firm specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Northeast Florida. His ability to blend market knowledge with executional insight has earned him a reputation for delivering clarity, creativity, and value for clients.
Brad and his wife, Katie, are proud to call Jacksonville home and stay closely connected to the community. He remains active with his alma maters, the University of North Florida and Episcopal High School and gives back through support of various local initiatives. Outside of real estate, he enjoys all things outdoors—golfing, hunting, fishing, and (often painfully) rooting for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
